Pelvic floor weights work by engaging the muscle to resist gravity — you don’t move anything, you keep something in place. That distinction is the entire practice.

A soft retrieval loop, seamlessly integrated with the body. No two-piece construction, no clicking. It stays in place without you noticing — until you need it.

How to Use

**Step 1 — Find your position.**
Lie down or sit comfortably. Relax your body. Take a breath.

**Step 2 — Insert.**
Lubricate the tip with water-based lubricant. Gently insert the ball, loop handle facing outward, until it sits comfortably.

**Step 3 — Hold.**
Without actively clenching, notice whether the weight wants to slip. If it does — that’s the muscle. Hold it where it is.

**Step 4 — Work up to 15 minutes.**
Start with 5 minutes. Work toward 15. If you can do 15 minutes without compensating, you’re ready for the next weight.

**Step 5 — Wash and store.**
Rinse with warm water and antibacterial soap. Dry with a soft cloth. Store in a cool, dry place.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. Start with the lightest weight — 72g. Most people begin lying down. Your body learns quickly.

Can you hold the current weight for 15 minutes without gripping other muscles to compensate? If yes, go up. If no, stay here until you can.

Start with 5 minutes. Work toward 15. Daily use is fine — consistency matters more than duration.

Can I use this during my period?

No. Skip use during menstruation.

Water-based lubricant only. Avoid alcohol-, silicone-, or acetone-based products.

Rinse with warm water and mild antibacterial soap. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Do not boil or put in the dishwasher.
